Program status, eligibility and licence classes are summarised from the statute and the agency pages for Oregon (ORS 475A, Oregon Health Authority), Colorado (Natural Medicine Health Act, Department of Revenue Natural Medicine Division and DORA) and New Mexico (SB 219, Department of Health), checked 2026-10-20.

This tool explains rules only. It is not medical or legal advice, and psilocybin remains illegal under federal law everywhere.
