Each listing on this site is a public licence record from a state registry. The page shows the facts the registry carries. Some facts, such as the street address of an Oregon center, come from the center's own site. The source note names each source. A listing is not an endorsement.

Psilocybin is illegal under United States federal law. A state licence applies inside that state only. Oregon and Colorado run different programs, so read the state program field first. Here is what each field means.

State program. The state program that licensed the center. Oregon centers come from the Oregon Psilocybin Services Licensee Directory. Colorado centers come from the Natural Medicine Division Healing Center Directory. New Mexico has enacted a medical psilocybin act, but its program is not open yet. No licensed centers exist there yet.

Licence type. The class of licence the state issued. Oregon service centers are licensed under ORS 475A. Colorado standard and micro healing centers are licensed by the Natural Medicine Division. The licence type tells you which program rules apply.

Licence number. The identifier the state assigns to the licence. Most listings show no number. The Oregon directory feed does not publish licence numbers. Verify a licence with the state agency: the OHA license-status tool in Oregon, or the DORA license look-up in Colorado.

Services offered. The kinds of sessions the center states it provides: group sessions, individual sessions or facilitator-led sessions. A center may state one, two or all three. An empty value means unknown, not none.

Published session price. A price the center itself publishes, in US dollars. It is never an estimate. Most listings show no price, because the state registries do not collect prices. Contact the center for its current fee.

Languages spoken. Languages the center states its staff speak. An empty value means unknown.

Accessibility. Access features the center states on its own site or in the registry. The options are wheelchair accessible, step-free entry, accessible parking and sign-language support. An empty value means unknown. Ask the center about your needs.

Source note. Every listing carries a source note. It names the registry, the check date and any other source used. This is the most important field for verification. If you want to check a fact, start with the source named in that note.

What is not on a listing. No listing contains medical advice, dosing guidance or outcome claims. No listing says a center is good or bad. The Oregon directory lists only licensees who agreed to be published, so it is not the full register. The Colorado rows are self-reported by each licensee, and the state makes no warranty about them.

This site gives no medical or legal advice. Ask a qualified professional about your own health and your legal position. To report a mistake on a listing, write to hello@psilocybincenters.fyi.

Questions

What does it mean when a field is empty?

An empty field means the fact is unknown, not that it is absent. This site never fills in a missing value. Contact the center directly.

Why do some listings show a session price and most do not?

A session price appears only when the center publishes one itself. The state registries do not carry prices, and this site never estimates one.
